assist\u00eancia e cuidados, melhorando a qualidade de vida dos idosos, do pr\u00f3prio cuidador e da fam\u00edlia como um todo. Tem como linhas de atua\u00e7\u00e3o o cuidado e autocuidado, envelhecimento ativo e saud\u00e1vel, incentivo a pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de cuidado, est\u00edmulo a projetos intergeracionais e informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre dem\u00eancias. Atuam em projetos contra o idadismo, projetos de preven\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e mental de quem cuida, estimulam projetos intergeracionais, incentivam a qualidade de vida e a longevidade e defendem a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma Sociedade do Cuidado com participa\u00e7\u00e3o cidad\u00e3 de todas as
